The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, providing high-level administrative and operational support directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for the CEO's office and requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Executive Assistant will oversee the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prepare executive briefings and presentations, manage confidential correspondence, and ensure seamless communication between the CEO, internal departments, board members, and external stakeholders. The role also supports the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives, monitoring key deliverables, and ensuring timely follow-up on executive decisions.
