Job summary

Land of the Braves is seeking an on-site Executive Assistant in Riyadh to provide high-level administrative and operational support directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare executive briefings and presentations, and ensure seamless communication with internal departments, the board, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) required.
  • Experience in real estate, professional services, or fast-growing organizations preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern digital productivity tools.
  • Experience handling confidential information and supporting executive-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedule with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare executive briefing documents, meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and department heads, ensuring effective communication and timely execution of priorities.
  • Coordinate board meetings, executive leadership meetings, and external stakeholder engagements.
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming correspondence, communications, and requests, escalating urgent matters appropriately.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Track strategic initiatives, business priorities, and key deliverables on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accountability across departments.
  • Coordinate executive hospitality, VIP visits, and CEO-level office protocols.
  • Organize and maintain executive files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare and reconcile executive expense reports accurately and confidentially.
  • Support the preparation of business documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and executive initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

Role Description

The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, providing high-level administrative and operational support directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for the CEO's office and requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Assistant will oversee the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prepare executive briefings and presentations, manage confidential correspondence, and ensure seamless communication between the CEO, internal departments, board members, and external stakeholders. The role also supports the CEO in tracking strategic initiatives, monitoring key deliverables, and ensuring timely follow-up on executive decisions.

Success in this position requires professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
