Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the GM/CEO’s calendar, including internal and external meetings, events, and investor/stakeholder engagements
    • Prepare agendas, attend meetings as needed, and document minutes, decisions, and follow-ups
    • Coordinate communication between the Saudi and Jordan (Amman) teams, ensuring alignment and timely responses
    • Support with travel logistics and planning, including itineraries, bookings, and event coordination
    • Conduct light research and prepare briefs to support partnerships, market outreach, and business development
    • Draft, review, or format internal documents, presentations, or communication on behalf of the GM/CEO
    • Track ongoing priorities and help manage executive-level tasks, reminders, and deadlines
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in startups, tech, or high-growth sectors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, Notion, etc.)
