Job summary

A leading manpower service provider in the Riyadh Region is seeking a skilled candidate with 5-10 years of experience in civil infrastructure. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in tender preparation for mega projects, proficiency in CCS (CANDY) software and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia. This role necessitates knowledge of the local construction market and the capability to develop procurement strategies. Interested candidates should send their CV via email.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical submittals and execution methodologies.
• Manage pre-contract works including tender documentation.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage supplier negotiations.
• Experience in procurement strategy – scope packaging, RFQs, supplier/subcontractor negotiations, and best-value sourcing.
• Preparation of technical submittals, clarifications, and execution methodologies for multidisciplinary projects.

Job description

Requirement:

• 5 – 10 years of Experience
• Strong background in civil, infrastructure, and utilities
• Minimum 2 years of experience in KSA in similar role
• Knowledge of Local construction Saudi market, cost, historical data & Productivity rates,market trends.

Tendering & Cost Estimation Requirements:

• Proficiency in CCS ( CANDY) software cost databases, HCSS Heavy Bid and or the like.
• Proven track record in tender preparation for mega infrastructure and building projects.
• Experience in pre-contract works , tender documentation Review & Preparation, Quantitytake-offs, re measurement.
• Experience in budgeting, BOQ preparation and scope analysis
• Experience in Procurement Strategy – scope packaging, RFQs, supplier/subcontractornegotiations, and best-value sourcing.

Technical & Methodology Requirements:

• Experience in preparation of Technical Submittals, clarifications, and executionmethodologies for multidisciplinary projects.
