Job summary

A leading manpower service provider in the Riyadh Region is seeking a skilled candidate with 5-10 years of experience in civil infrastructure. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in tender preparation for mega projects, proficiency in CCS (CANDY) software and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia. Job description

Requirement:

• 5 – 10 years of Experience
• Strong background in civil, infrastructure, and utilities
• Minimum 2 years of experience in KSA in similar role
• Knowledge of Local construction Saudi market, cost, historical data & Productivity rates,market trends.

Tendering & Cost Estimation Requirements:

• Proficiency in CCS ( CANDY) software cost databases, HCSS Heavy Bid and or the like.
• Proven track record in tender preparation for mega infrastructure and building projects.
• Experience in pre-contract works , tender documentation Review & Preparation, Quantitytake-offs, re measurement.
• Experience in budgeting, BOQ preparation and scope analysis
• Experience in Procurement Strategy – scope packaging, RFQs, supplier/subcontractornegotiations, and best-value sourcing.

Technical & Methodology Requirements:

• Experience in preparation of Technical Submittals, clarifications, and executionmethodologies for multidisciplinary projects.
