Job Description: Attend pre bidding conferences and communicate with the customer for any project subject for fabrication and/or erection. Interpret plans and prepares materials take off of material for bid purposes(Steel structures and civil related works)Plans and prepares schedules of work based on customer's specification and drawing.

Prepares forecasted itemized costing of material,surface treatment, labour, man hours and overheads for project subject for bidding.Duties:Receiving contract inquiries from clients and registering.Reviewing of inquiries , commercial and technical terms and condition.Studying thoroughly project specifications and drawings to understand scope of work.

Calculation of bid pricingPrepare and submit bid tender incorporating all necessary items before due dates.Prepare and checkup of calculations i.e. material take offs , pricing that may be required by other department/ department heads.
