Job summary

Dafater is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP implementations from initiation through go-live and transition to Customer Success. You will coordinate clients, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver on scope, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities include managing risks, ensuring clear communication, and preparing clients to adopt the delivered solution effectively in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• 5+ years delivering ERP implementation projects across the lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources and risks.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, training and go-live readiness.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional client-facing delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic and English professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans covering resources, schedules, dependencies, and budgets.
• Coordinate full ERP delivery lifecycle from discovery to go-live and transition to support.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and manage issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Manage change requests with impact on scope, cost, resources, and timelines.
• Lead project meetings and provide status reports, decision records, and escalation updates.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, business readiness, and cutover planning.
• Support client adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee project closure and handover to Customer Success and support teams.

The role will coordinate clients, functional consultants, technical teams, and other stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes within approved scope, timelines, and budgets. A key part of the role will involve managing project risks, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring that clients are prepared to adopt and use the delivered solution effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans covering resources, schedules, dependencies, and budgets.
• Coordinate the full ERP delivery lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, configuration, customization, integration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Monitor progress against agreed plans, identify delivery risks, and manage issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Manage change requests by assessing their impact on scope, cost, resources, and timelines and obtaining the necessary approvals.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear status reports, decision records, and escalation updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, business readiness, cutover planning, and go-live approvals.
• Support client adoption by coordinating training, stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness activities.
• Manage project closure and the handover to Customer Success and support teams, ensuring that outstanding actions, documentation, and ownership are clear.

Required Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• At least 5 years of experience managing and delivering ERP implementation projects, with demonstrated responsibility across the implementation lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong understanding of ERP delivery activities, including data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client-facing delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain clear project documentation and manage competing priorities.
• Professional communication skills in Arabic and English.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or a relevant Agile certification would be an advantage.
