Job summary

SIS Global in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Middleware Support Engineer (L2) – BSS Integration with mandatory Ericsson background. You will own L2 incidents, troubleshoot ESB/middleware, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime across WebMethods SAG, IBM MQ, Kafka, and Ericsson BSS platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in middleware and BSS integration, onsite work in Riyadh, and strong API management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise middleware admin, ESB support, and BSS integration.
• Ericsson platforms experience is mandatory.
• Strong WebMethods SAG and ESB management experience.
• Experience administering message brokers and streaming platforms (IBM MQ, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ).

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 ops support, incident resolution for WebMethods SAG/ESB platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot IBM MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ.
• Manage end-to-end BSS integration workflows and API management.
• Support Ericsson BSS platforms and charging systems.
• Monitor cluster health and perform performance tuning.
• Collaborate with IT ops, billing, and clients in Riyadh.
