Job summary

People Group Arabia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a major mega-project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires senior-level expertise and a proven track record on large construction or infrastructure programs.

You will lead HSE teams, drive a strong safety culture, manage contractors, and implement systems for risk assessment and incident investigation in line with international standards. Candidates should have NEBOSH/IOSH/CSP or equivalent qualifications and about 15 years of HSE

Qualifications

• 15 years’ HSE experience gained within major construction, infrastructure or complex project environments.
• Experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing HSE teams and driving a strong safety culture.
• Knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Understanding of international HSE standards and best practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a major mega-project in Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior HSE professional with approximately 15 years’ experience gained within major construction, infrastructure, engineering or other complex project environments.

• Approximately 15 years’ HSE experience
• Proven experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience managing HSE teams and driving a strong safety culture
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment and incident investigation
• Proven experience managing contractors and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of international HSE standards and best practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Relevant professional HSE qualifications, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP or equivalent
• Experience working on major mega-projects would be advantageous
