Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, or Professional Services with Enterprise/B2B focus.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce architectures (Headless, API‑first) and integrations (ERPs, CRM).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with tight deadlines and contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain engineers in client‑facing delivery roles.
• Excellent communication and client‑expectation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Solutions team to deliver premium enterprise services and custom integrations.
• Own technical delivery, scoping, estimation, and successful onboarding of large accounts.
• Coordinate on‑demand squads across engineering units to meet project needs.
