Job summary

Salla is seeking an Enterprise Product Owner to define and lead the enterprise segment. You will own the strategy, roadmaps, and discovery with enterprise merchants, guiding a dedicated pod from discovery to release.

The role focuses on multi-storefront, API-first operations, RBAC, and scalable reliability to support merchants running multiple markets. You will drive cross-border capabilities, multi-currency/tax compliance, and per-market payment rails, while gating features based on enterprise

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience in enterprise or top-tier multi-tenant platforms.
• Experience turning complex enterprise discovery into prioritized requirements.
• Deep hands-on fluency in two or more: multi-storefront, headless/API-first, RBAC, multi-currency/tax.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the enterprise segment, prioritized by retention and expansion impact.
• Lead discovery with enterprise merchants and translate complexity into defensible requirements.
• Head the enterprise engineering pod as the accountable product owner from discovery to release.
• Deliver enterprise-grade capability: multi-storefront, API-first operation, RBAC and scalable reliability.
• Enable one merchant to run multiple markets with multi-currency and cross-border capabilities.
• Define capability gating and rate limits for enterprise packaging.
