Job summary

Sitecore in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth within our digital experience platform. You will manage inbound leads, run targeted outbound campaigns, and collaborate with the Sales team to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

You will engage prospects, arrange discovery calls, and present product demonstrations for Field Sales and Pre-Sales teams. A proactive, metric-driven mindset is essential to succeed here.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound lead flow as well as executing outbound prospecting initiatives
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, establish need and fit, and arrange a product introduction
• Partner with the Sales team to build quality pipeline
• Stay engaged with prospects and nurture your deals
• Act as an ambassador and advocate for Sitecore, sharing your passion and knowledge with customers and prospects
• Arranging discovery calls and well-qualified product demonstrations for the Field Sales and Pre-Sales teams
