Job summary

HRsource is seeking a Presales Manager for Enterprise Software solutions in Riyadh. The role leads the technical sales strategy, engaging with CIOs, government executives, and senior business leaders to shape winning AI and software solution roadmaps.

You will own multi-product architectures, deliver PoCs, and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and strong market positioning.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or related enterprise technology roles.
• Proven track record leading technical sales for enterprise software, AI, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation.
• Experience presenting to CIOs/CTOs/CEOs and government executives.
• Strong enterprise architecture and cloud platforms knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical sales strategy for strategic enterprise and government opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to qualify opportunities and develop account-specific solution strategies.
• Engage executives and technical stakeholders to define solution roadmaps.
• Own the solution design for complex, multi-product engagements.
• Lead executive presentations, discovery workshops, PoCs, and technical demonstrations.
• Oversee technical proposals, architectures, RFP/RFI responses, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to ensure feasibility and positioning.
• Act as the technical authority throughout the sales lifecycle and manage risks.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and partners.
• Mentor presales consultants and establish best practices and reusable assets.
• Monitor industry trends and AI technologies to strengthen market positioning.
