Job summary

SThree is seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Senior Manager to lead governance, performance management, and portfolio oversight. You will work with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, monitor performance, and establish best practices across the project portfolio.

The role requires strong experience in PMO frameworks, KPI management, and executive reporting, with a track record of delivering strategic objectives across business units. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, MIS, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in PMO, Strategic Planning, Performance Management, Portfolio Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience establishing and managing enterprise-level PMO frameworks and governance structures.
• Strong background in KPI management, organizational performance measurement, and strategy execution.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, management reports, and governance presentations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with exposure to executive leadership.
• Certifications such as PMP, KPI Professional, Balanced Scorecard, PgMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enterprise PMO function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, policies, and standards.
• Oversee the organization’s strategic portfolio and monitor the execution of key initiatives.
• Establish and manage corporate performance management systems, including KPI development, cascading, tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive strategic planning, execution monitoring, and benefits realization across business units.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure effective project prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.
