Job summary

TotalTECH Corporation in Jeddah seeks a senior PMO/Strategy leader to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the directorate. You will maintain dashboards, monitor milestones, and escalate risks while coordinating across functions and regulatory requirements.

You will support the Sr. Director with executive reporting, analysis, and decision-making, and lead process improvements, including M&A and operating model initiatives. Fluency in English is required with Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• MBA/PMP/PgMP are a plus.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in PMO, Strategy, Chief of Staff, Consulting, or Portfolio Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA/PMP/PgMP is a plus.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional portfolios in matrixed organizations.
• Strong English communication and executive presentation skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills; project management tools experience preferred.
• Strong executive presence, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, discretion, and execution focus.
