Job summary

Secure Tech in Riyadh seeks a Project Manager to oversee security technology projects from initiation to completion. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and teams, ensuring compliance with standards.

You will act as a key client contact, collaborating with PMO and internal teams to understand requirements, resolve challenges, monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver projects to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and design software (AutoCAD).
• Experience with project management tools and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, coordination and control of technical projects.
• Ensure compliance with laws, practices and quality assurance policies.
• Serve as a primary client contact and coordinate with PMO and internal teams.
• Define project roles and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor milestones, progress, and deliverables with regular status reports.
• Manage project documentation including reports and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing technical security projects from initiation through completion. The role involves managing project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and team performance while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements.

The position will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams and the PMO to understand requirements, resolve challenges, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered successfully and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and control of technical projects, ensuringalignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, practices, and quality assurance policies.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, engaging regularly to understand, analyze, andaddress their needs and requirements.
• Quality control, performance standards, and specifications required by the project.
• Oversee project progress in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and team performance; provideconsistent and detailed status reports to management.
• Define project roles and assign responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO Manager and other departments to facilitate cross-functionalsupport, and technical guidance.
• Monitor key milestones, evaluate deliverables, and manage project documentation includingreports and delivery timelines.
• Identify potential risks, perform impact assessments, and implement proactive mitigationstrategies.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in the same field.
• Proficiency in dealing with computer programs and Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Project,and MS Project).
• Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD.
• Ability to work with projects and set delivery dates.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experience in operation and project maintenance
