Job summary

Sofitel is seeking a Reservations Agent to welcome guests and reflect the exceptional experience our brand is known for. You will handle room reservations, upsell services, and provide accurate information to guests throughout their stay planning process.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury hotels, fluency in English, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding guest service. Opera PMS experience is a plus, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in luxury hotel environments is preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation and hospitality mindset.
• Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
• Maximize revenue through up-selling and upselling opportunities.

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!

What You Will Be Doing

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

Qualifications

• Your experience and skills include: English Language - 1-2 year experience in luxury hotels
• Guest focused personality is essential
