  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform positioning, messaging, and program priorities.

Content Development & Storytelling
  • Create compelling employer brand content, including employee stories, videos, blog posts, social media copy, and recruitment marketing assets.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and employees to surface authentic narratives that showcase culture, career paths, and impact.

  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and visual standards across candidate-facing channels.

Digital & Social Media Management
  • Own employer brand presence on social platforms, careers pages, job boards, and review sites; optimize content for engagement and conversion.

  • Partner with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition to implement employee ambassador programs, internal communications, and recognition initiatives.

  • Coordinate employer brand events, campus engagement, and recruitment marketing activations to build relationships with talent communities.

Measurement, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Use data and feedback to iterate on campaigns and programs, demonstrating ROI and recommending prioritization of initiatives.

  • Maintain documentation of employer brand guidelines, toolkits, and best practices for internal use.

  • Background in creative production, digital marketing, or PR with experience managing external agencies or vendors.
