Job summary

Endeavor is seeking a creative, bilingual Social Media Associate Service Provider to support our marketing team in managing and expanding our digital presence. You will help plan, develop, and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms while hands-on in content creation and writing for major events.

You will gather content during events, coordinate with photographers and the design team, and help manage our website blog and thought leadership pages.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• 2–5 years of social media management, PR, and content creation.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and CMS for website updates.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, bilingual (Arabic/English) Social Media Associate Service Provider to support our marketing team in managing and expanding our digital presence. The ideal candidate will contribute to the planning, development, and execution of monthly content calendars across all social platforms and will be hands-on in content creation, writing, and gathering during major events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Plan and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) with a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and key events.
• Social Media Management: Develop creative content (static, video, Reels, Stories) aligned with brand tone and voice & manager design process with the Graphic Designer.
• Social Media Management: Manage daily posting, community engagement, and monitor analytics to track growth and performance.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across platforms using tools like Buffer, Later, or native platforms.

• Content Gathering & Event Coverage: Create and maintain a monthly content development and gathering plan (e.g., team stories, founder features, live events).
• Content Gathering & Event Coverage: Attend key events and activations to capture real-time content (photo, video, live coverage).
• Content Gathering & Event Coverage: Coordinate with photographers and videographers when needed.
• Content Gathering & Event Coverage: Collect quotes, insights, and behind-the-scenes material for post-event storytelling.

• Website Blog & Content Management: Maintain and update Endeavor’s website blog, ensuring it highlights thought leadership, event pages, and organizational insights in-line with social media activity.
• Website Blog & Content Management: Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog articles and updates, reflecting Endeavor’s expertise and impact.
• Website Blog & Content Management: Collaborate with team members to identify and share content that aligns with key initiatives and organizational goals.

• Copywriting & Content Development: Write compelling captions, stories, and short-form content in both Arabic and English.
• Copywriting & Content Development: Craft copy for event promotions, founder highlights, partnerships, and more.
• Copywriting & Content Development: Adapt tone per platform and per audience (professional for LinkedIn, community-driven for Instagram, etc.).

• Branding & Collaboration: Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, guidelines, and visual identity.
• Branding & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the design team and other departments for cross-functional campaigns.

LOCATION & WORKING STYLE

• Location: This is a remote or Hybrid position. You’ll be expected to deliver on the scope of work remotely or attend at the office( Hybrid or Remote). In addition, attendance at key events.
• Working Hours: You must be available from 9 AM (GMT +3) to 5 PM (GMT +3), to align with team schedules and project timelines.
• Work Delivery Schedule: This is a service provider contract, with an expectation of 45 hours per week during the contract period.
• Rate: 900 - 1500USD/Month
• Service Contract Duration: Yearly contract that can be renewed at the end of period.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in social media management and public relations, and content creation, with a focus on brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic, with experience in creating press releases, social media copy, and blog content.
• Analytical skills to measure the performance of social media with actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, creative, and highly organized.
