Job summary

Mubtech is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for on-site Riyadh to lead end-to-end implementations across multiple modules, including Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, and Recruitment. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT and at least 5 years of end-to-end SAP SF implementation experience, with relevant certifications.

The role requires on-site presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers opportunities to own full lifecycle rollouts across diverse SAP SF

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology (IT) required.
• Minimum 5 years end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience across multiple modules.
• Certifications in EC, ECP, RCM, SDCDP, LMS, and PMGM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts.
• Lead modules including Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, and Recruitment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and adoption.
