Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of practical experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
- Experience in plastic manufacturing and injection/extrusion equipment preferred.
- Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise.
- Able to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Experience with PLC, VFD, motors, sensors and control systems.
Aufgaben
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and address root causes to minimize downtime.
- Support PLC, VFD, motors, sensors, and automation system maintenance.
- Record maintenance activities, parts used, and time in ERP/CMMS.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure safe operation.
