Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead daily maintenance of plastic manufacturing machinery and plant utilities, focusing on maximizing machine availability and minimizing downtime.

The role requires hands-on expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, plus troubleshooting of injection moulding and extrusion equipment, PLC, VFD, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and coordination with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and maintenance technicians.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot injection moulding/extrusion machines, PLC, VFD, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain plant utilities such as compressors, chillers, pumps, and electrical systems.
• Ensure minimum downtime and timely breakdown resolution.
• Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
