Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking a dedicated maintenance supervisor/technician for a plastic manufacturing environment in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on leading daily maintenance activities, overseeing technicians, and ensuring high machine availability.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot PLC/VFD and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and maintain utilities such as compressors and chillers with a strong emphasis on safety and records

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical engineering with minimum 2 years of experience in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and maintenance technicians
• Perform preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance
• Troubleshoot injection moulding extrusion machines PLC VFD hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Maintain plant utilities such as compressors chillers pumps and electrical systems
• Ensure minimum downtime and timely breakdown resolution
• Maintain maintenance records spare-parts requirements and safety standards
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations
