• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Experience in a Campus environment and familiarity with the maintenance regime of MEP systems.
• Proficient in Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., SAP, CAFM).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians to execute maintenance per contract KPIs.
• Oversee development and implementation of maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety compliance for all electrical systems maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and stakeholders for maintenance tasks.
• Monitor spare parts usage and forecast requirements.
• Prepare management reports and review performance metrics.
