Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support with hands-on diagnostics.
• Solid understanding of payments flows and where issues occur.
• Comfort reading docs, interpreting error codes, and identifying misconfigurations.

Responsibilities

• Own all customer issues from start to finish, including complex technical investigations.
• Diagnose payment/api/integration problems by reading logs and tracing transactions.
• Explain findings in plain language to non-technical customers.
