Job summary

The role requires 3+ years of e-commerce experience, GA4/GTM proficiency, and knowledge of Algolia search. Certification in Adobe Commerce is a plus; collaboration with IT and external vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years managing an e-commerce storefront; 5+ preferred.
• Adobe Commerce certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce admin, web analytics, and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the e-commerce platform ensuring smooth operation of the online storefront.
• Monitor integrations between the e-commerce platform and ERP, shipping, and fulfillment systems.
• Analyze website performance, usability, security, and accessibility; implement optimizations.
• Analyze traffic and customer behavior using GA4, GTM and other tools; report insights.
• Improve customer journey across Homepage, PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout for conversions.
• Implement and monitor SEO best practices and on-page optimization.
• Enhance product search relevance with Algolia and related tools.
• Conduct functional/usability tests; fix bugs and cross-browser issues.
• Coordinate with PM, IT, developers, admins, and vendors for platform improvements.
• Monitor KPIs: Sales, AOV, CSAT, Store Rating, Customer Count, Retention.
