Job summary

The Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment is seeking a Website Administrator to manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform, focusing on performance, analytics, SEO, and the customer journey.

You will coordinate with IT, development teams, project managers and external vendors to ensure smooth operation, implement improvements, monitor KPIs such as Sales, AOV, CSAT and retention, and drive conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing an e-commerce storefront or similar platform; 5 years preferred.
• Certification in Adobe Commerce or similar is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platform administration and website management.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM for analytics.
• Experience with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
• Experience with website search platforms such as Algolia.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs.
• Experience with ERP/shipping/fulfillment integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the e-commerce platform and ensure smooth storefront operation.
• Monitor integrations between the e-commerce platform and ERP, shipping, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor website performance, usability, security, and accessibility; implement optimization initiatives.
• Analyze website traffic and customer behavior using GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools; generate insights.
• Analyze the customer journey across Home, PLP, PDP, Cart, and Checkout to optimize conversions.
• Implement and monitor SEO best practices and on-page optimization; track performance.
• Optimize and manage website search functionality to improve discovery and conversion.
• Conduct functional and usability testing to identify bugs and resolve issues.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing for a consistent UX.
• Set up and monitor website monitoring tools for real-time issue detection and resolution.
• Coordinate with PM, IT, development teams, admins, consultants, and vendors for platform improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to website performance, CX, search and conversion.
• Monitor and report on ecommerce KPIs including Sales, AOV, CSAT, Store Rating, Customer Count, and Retention.
