Job summary

Segadty is seeking an E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store and marketplaces, including Zid, Amazon, Trendyol, and other channels. You will oversee the full order lifecycle from order receipt to fulfillment, shipping, delivery, inventory coordination, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Order Fulfillment, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in order processing, inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Experience with Zid and Amazon Seller Central is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce and marketplace operations across Zid, Amazon, Trendyol, and others.
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillment, shipping, and delivery.
• Coordinate inventory with warehouse and branches, monitor stock transfers and replenishment.
• Collaborate with warehouse, branches, customer service, and logistics partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare operational reports on fulfillment, delays, and cancellations.
