Job summary

Segadty is seeking an E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day online store and marketplace activities across Zid, Amazon, Trendyol and other channels. You will manage the full order lifecycle—from order receipt to fulfillment, shipping, inventory coordination and issue resolution—while coordinating with warehouse, branches, customer service and logistics partners.

The role requires strong organization, hands-on execution, and the ability to maintain inventory

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in E-Commerce or marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with order processing, inventory control and fulfillment.
• Familiarity with Zid and major marketplaces (Amazon, Trendyol).

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse, branches and logistics for stock transfers.
• Track order statuses and resolve delays or issues across channels.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and SKU/barcode mapping across platforms.
