Job summary

Segadty is seeking an E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive to manage daily store and marketplace activities across Zid, Amazon, Trendyol, and other channels. You will own the complete order lifecycle from receipt to delivery and coordinate with warehouse, branches, and logistics to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and able to resolve operational issues quickly while ensuring accurate order and shipment statuses across all channels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in E-Commerce Operations or related field.
• Hands-on with order processing, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Experience with Zid is highly preferred.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily orders via Zid Dashboard and ensure fulfillment readiness.
• Oversee full order lifecycle: receipt, packing, shipping, delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse, branches, customer service, and logistics.
• Monitor inventory across store and marketplaces; trigger replenishment.
• Handle shipping issues, delays, returns, and cancellations promptly.
• Maintain accurate order and shipment statuses across platforms.
• Prepare operational reports on fulfillment, delays, and errors.
• Ensure PPCIs: on-time fulfillment, order accuracy, SLA compliance, and inventory accuracy.

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store and marketplaces, including Zid, Amazon, Trendyol, and other sales channels.

The role will be responsible for the full order lifecycle — from receiving and processing orders to fulfillment, shipping, delivery, inventory coordination, and resolving operational issues.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, hands-on, and capable of coordinating effectively between the warehouse, branches, customer service, marketplaces, and logistics partners.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Order Fulfillment

• Manage and monitor daily orders through the Zid Dashboard
• Review and process incoming orders and ensure they are ready for fulfillment
• Manage the complete order lifecycle from order receipt to picking, packing, shipping, and delivery
• Coordinate Picking, Packing & Order Fulfillment with the warehouse team
• Monitor pending and delayed orders and take immediate action to resolve issues
• Handle operational issues related to missing items, incorrect orders, cancellations, exchanges, and returns
• Ensure orders are processed and shipped within the required turnaround time

Marketplace Operations

• Manage daily operations across Amazon, Trendyol, and other marketplaces
• Process and monitor marketplace orders according to each platform's requirements and SLA
• Ensure order and shipment statuses are updated accurately
• Monitor marketplace cancellations, returns, delayed orders, and fulfillment issues
• Coordinate inventory availability across the website and marketplaces
• Identify and resolve operational issues that may negatively impact marketplace performance
• Coordinate issues related to SKUs, barcodes, product mapping, and inventory synchronization

Inventory & Branch Coordination

• Monitor inventory availability across the e-commerce store and marketplaces
• Coordinate with the warehouse and branches to ensure stock availability
• Manage and follow up on stock transfers and replenishment between the warehouse and branches
• Monitor low-stock and out-of-stock items and elevate when replenishment is required
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventory
• Ensure accurate SKU and barcode mapping across all sales channels

Shipping & Logistics Operations

• Manage daily operational coordination with courier and logistics partners
• Ensure orders are assigned to the appropriate shipping provider
• Monitor AWB creation, shipment pickup, delivery, and shipment status
• Follow up on delayed, failed, or returned shipments
• Coordinate with couriers, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues
• Monitor recurring shipping problems and elevate them when required

Operations Control & Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely order status updates across all systems and marketplaces
• Conduct daily follow-ups on pending, delayed, and exception orders
• Coordinate between E-Commerce, Marketplaces, Warehouse, Branches, Customer Service, and Logistics
• Prepare operational reports covering order fulfillment, delays, cancellations, returns, and operational errors
• Identify recurring operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual work

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, Order Fulfillment, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience in order processing, inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics operations
• Experience with Zid is highly preferred
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces is preferred
• Good understanding of Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, and Marketplace Operations
• Familiarity with SKU management, barcodes, inventory synchronization, and stock transfers
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of orders and coordinate across multiple teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of daily operations
