Job summary

Fraser Suites Riyadh is seeking a Sales Manager to drive corporate and group business within the GCC region, building and sustaining key accounts while coordinating with hotel departments to deliver exceptional service.

You will develop account plans, manage client databases, and participate in industry events to generate opportunities for Fraser Suites Riyadh. Strong English skills and 24x7 hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Administration or Hotel Management is beneficial.
• Tertiary qualifications relevant to Marketing or Sales would be an advantage.
• Previous hotel sales experience in an internationally recognised hotel chain at managerial level within the GCC market.
• Current/previous responsibility for key accounts and new business generation in premium markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks through to conclusion.
• Ability to lead presentations, conduct negotiations and close deals.
• High proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Highly organized, able to coordinate others and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS (HIS, Opera) and related software would be advantageous.
• Adaptable to demands of a 24x7 hotel environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Procure and retain clients for the hotel according to sales and marketing strategies and budgets.
• Develop and implement Key Account Management Plans.
• Maintain and update client database with sales calls and information.
• Produce familiarization and entertainment programs for identified accounts.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure high service quality.
• Monitor booking patterns and room night productivity.
• Stay aware of industry trends and market factors impacting results.
• Collaborate with Reservations and Sales team for leads and opportunities.
• Participate in industry trade shows and promotions.
• Prepare reports for Director of Sales and Marketing or General Manager.
