Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The successful candidate will assess training needs, develop content, and facilitate sessions to support the growth of our organization.

You will create manuals, guides, and presentations; work with subject matter experts and managers to align programs with business goals; research new training methods and technologies; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, training and development, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of corporate training experience or instructional design.
• CPLP or CT certification or equivalent.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in LMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify training gaps and needs through surveys, interviews, and observations.
• Create engaging training content, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
• Assess training impact using evaluations, feedback, and metrics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, managers, and staff to meet business objectives.
• Research and implement new training methods and technologies.
• Oversee training budget, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Track training participation and progress records.
