Job summary

Front End is seeking a Business Development Manager for Drones & Autonomous Systems to drive growth across its Autonomy & Mobility portfolio. You will own the commercial strategy and pipeline for UAV, marine & subsea, air mobility, and automated infrastructure projects for government and industrial clients in Saudi Arabia and the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Aerospace, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of business development, sales, or commercial experience in drones/UAVs or advanced tech solutions.
• Saudi Arabia experience strongly preferred; knowledge of Vision 2030 is valued.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the sales pipeline across UAV & drone operations, marine & subsea systems, air mobility, and automated infrastructure.
• Identify, qualify, and win new business with government, energy, mining, logistics, and industrial clients in Saudi Arabia and the region.
• Translate autonomous-systems capabilities into clear commercial value propositions for clients.
