Job summary

Tangent International in Riyadh is urgently seeking a DPI Back Office Specialist for a 12-month extendable contract, starting ASAP. You will operate, maintain and troubleshoot dedicated DPI platforms, monitor KPIs and investigate performance issues in a live telecom environment.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with Procera, Sandvine, Huawei DPI, Wirefilter and strong TCP/IP knowledge, Linux admin, and multi-vendor troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Direct operational experience with a dedicated DPI platform is essential.
Experience with DPI principles and application-detection methods.
Strong TCP/IP knowledge with Wireshark and tcpdump experience.
Linux server administration and network-operations automation experience.
Knowledge of mobile networks (2G–5G) and Packet Core.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain and troubleshoot dedicated DPI platforms.
Monitor DPI KPIs and investigate service or performance degradation.
Perform root-cause analysis using Wireshark, tcpdump, flow logs and session traces.
Coordinate vendor TAC cases, technical escalations and service-recovery activities.
Automate health checks, configuration management, log analysis and alerting.
Support emergency rule bypass, traffic rerouting and graceful platform failover.
