WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Riyadh team, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of document control experience within consultancy, focusing on infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.

You will manage creation, review, distribution, and archiving of reports, specifications, contracts, and correspondence, while maintaining version control, ensuring secure access, and enforcing quality and regulatory

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control roles within the consultancy sector, with a focus on site supervision for infrastructure projects such as roads, tunnels, bridges, and highways.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to document management (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus.
  • Saudi national.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers, engineers, and administrative staff, to facilitate document-related processes and workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents by implementing access controls and security measures.
  • Conduct regular audits of document management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve document management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
