Job summary

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Dammam seeks a Dispatch Planner to manage warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring on-time delivery and safe, compliant operations.

You will coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production planners, and Customer Service to align product availability, dispatch timelines and OTIF targets, while maintaining 5S standards and monitoring KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or dispatch function.
• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production planners and Customer Service to follow up on product availability, dispatch timeline and forecast for on-time delivery.
• Support delivering orders to customers on or before the agreed date to achieve OTIF and IDP targets.
• Plan and organize customer order deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.
• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse and ensure cleanliness, product standards, and organized areas.
