Job summary

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Dammam seeks a Dispatch Planner to manage warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with HSEQ standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or dispatch functions.
• Fluency in Arabic and English – both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production planners and Customer Service to follow up on product availability and dispatch timelines.
• Support on-time delivery to achieve OTIF and IDP targets.
• Plan and organize customer order deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.
• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse and ensure cleanliness and proper storage organisation.
• Report and analyse Warehouse/Logistics KPIs and comply with HSEQ rules.
