Job summary

Flow Progressive Logistics is seeking Transportation Dispatchers to join the Operations – Transportation team in Jeddah and Jubail. You will schedule drivers and trucks, monitor dispatch activities, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

The role requires 2–5 years of dispatch coordination experience, proficiency in TMS/GPS systems and MS Excel, and knowledge of Saudi transport regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in dispatch coordination, trucking, or transportation operations.
• Proficiency in TMS/dispatch systems, GPS tracking, and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi transport regulations, driver/vehicle compliance, and safety requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic schedules.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign drivers and trucks based on delivery timelines, load requirements, and route efficiency
• Monitor daily dispatch activities and adjust plans in case of delays, urgent requests, or operational changes
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure smooth delivery execution
• Track trips through TMS/GPS systems and maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records
• Verify trip sheets, delivery notes, driver logs, and related documentation
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and delivery performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety requirements
• Report and elevate delays, incidents, resource shortages, and operational bottlenecks
• Support shift handovers, vehicle maintenance coordination, and driver availability planning
