Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Dammam invites a Dispatch Planner to coordinate warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring on-time deliveries and compliance with HSEQ.

The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and collaborates with warehouse supervisors, production planners, and customer service to meet OTIF targets. We look for a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in warehouse or dispatch, fluent in Arabic and English, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or dispatch.
• Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production planners and Customer Service to follow up on product availability, orders dispatch timeline, and forecast to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support delivering the right order to customers on or before the agreed delivery date to achieve OTIF and IDP targets.
• Plan and organize customer order deliveries by scheduling with respective departments to ensure on-time delivery and high service quality.
• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse by coordinating cleanliness, product standards, designated areas and sorting per system.
• Report, monitor and analyze Warehouse/Logistics KPIs and adhere to HSEQ rules and regulations.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

As a Dispatch Planner, you will be manage, organise and follow up on Warehouse and logistics activities and tasks to ensure efficient and safe warehouse planning and operation in accordance with HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and quality) requirements and service targets.

This position is based at Dammam and will report to the Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors in addition to Production planners and Customer Service Departments by following up on product availability, orders dispatch timeline, and order forecast to ensure customer orders on time delivery.

• Support delivering the right order to Jotun customers on or before the agreed order delivery date to achieve both On Time in Full (OTIF) and Internal Delivery Performance (IDP) targets.

• Plan and organize customer order deliveries by scheduling and coordinating with respective departments to ensure on-time delivery and a high level of service provided to Jotun customers.

• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse by coordinating its cleanliness, products standard, warehouse designated area, and sorting of products as per the agreed system for an efficient operation

• Reporting, monitoring, and analysis of the relevant Warehouse/Logistics Key performance Indicators and adhere to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) rules and regulations.

• 2- 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or dispatch function.

• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written.
