Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant warehouse/dispatch experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production planners and Customer Service to monitor product availability and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure on-time delivery and OTIF/IDP targets.
• Plan and organize customer order deliveries across departments to maintain high service levels.
• Maintain 5S standards and warehouse organization for efficient operations.
• Monitor and report Warehouse/Logistics KPIs and comply with HSEQ rules.
