Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية seeks a Director - Technical Services to lead the technical services discipline for the Commercial Office Development portfolio. You will translate the design vision into deliverable assets, from masterplan integration to construction-ready docs, while coordinating with international consultants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Master's degree would be an advantage.
• Professional registration and PMP would be advantageous.
• 12-18+ years of design management experience on large-scale commercial developments.
• Experience leading design teams and delivering investment-grade office assets.
• Strong knowledge of local/intl design standards and regulations (KSA/MEA preferred).
• Track record delivering Grade A/investment-grade towers or business parks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary international consultant teams.
• Fluent English with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level digital design tools and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical services discipline for the Commercial Office Development portfolio.
• Direct design teams across civil, structural, MEP and facades disciplines.
• Support design management through concept to construction documentation.
• Interface with masterplanning, infrastructure, landscape and sustainability teams.
• Chair design review boards and manage consultant performance KPIs.
• Develop KPI metrics and share results with central procurement.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, Mostadam/LEED and CO BU guidelines.
• Lead value engineering without compromising quality or value.
• Present design proposals to leadership, committees and government stakeholders.
• Mentor and grow the in-house technical services function as pipelines scale.
