Job summary

Dhahran Techno Valley seeks a dynamic Community Engagement and Events Specialist to foster strong relationships between tenants and the broader innovation community. You will plan and execute a range of events, develop engagement strategies, and collaborate with residents, local businesses, educational institutions, and internal teams to create an inclusive and vibrant district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in community development, public relations, communications, marketing, event management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy.
• Identify key community stakeholders and tailor engagement plans.
• Organize community meetings, workshops and information sessions.
• Act as liaison between district and community, addressing concerns.
• Plan and execute events including open houses, workshops, seminars, networking events and showcases.
• Develop event budgets, timelines and logistics plans.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage event registration, promotion, and on-site logistics.
• Develop programs and initiatives aligned with district objectives.
• Collaborate with organizations to create joint events and initiatives.
• Gather feedback and evaluate engagement activities.
• Document and report engagement activities, partnerships and outcomes.
