Job summary

National Medical Care is seeking a Director of Patient Services to lead the department at our Riyadh facilities. The role oversees Patient Services' Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators and staff, ensuring delivery of high-quality care and compassionate service.

The incumbent will plan and direct department activities, implement hospital policies, and coordinate with JCIA/CBAHI standards. Strong leadership and budget experience are essential in this senior capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience in large healthcare organizations with at least 5 years in management.
• Desirable ten years post-graduate experience in patient service roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage Patient Services' Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators and support staff.
• Plan, schedule and direct the work of the department’s staff to meet hospital objectives and patient needs.
• Implement Policies and Procedures and Rules and Regulations of the Hospital related to admin staff and the department.
• Assist in preparation of budget reports and develop annual budgets.
• Chair departmental meetings and document minutes; delegate as needed.
• Develop and update policies to align with JCIA/CBAHI standards every three years or as needed.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct annual evaluations; identify training needs.
