Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director – Financial Planning to lead FP&A and consolidated reporting for the Hospitality Business Unit's development pipeline in Saudi Arabia. The role delivers a single source of truth for budgeting, forecasting, and funding decisions across projects.

The candidate combines senior financial planning expertise with hospitality development knowledge, hotel financial structures, and portfolio management, directing cross-functional teams to improve forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management or FP&A with leadership in a complex development environment.
• Experience leading portfolio-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and consolidated financial reporting.
• Strong ability to coordinate inputs across projects and uphold a reliable central data resource.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the Hospitality Business Unit's development pipeline.
• Own the consolidated financial view of the portfolio with complete, consistent data.
• Direct monthly reporting with variance commentary and forward-looking insights.
• Coordinate financial inputs across projects and corporate functions to align plans and funding.
• Maintain visibility of capital deployment and portfolio exposure, escalating risks and opportunities.
• Set data definitions, controls, and reporting standards for a single source of truth.
• Lead the Financial Management team and partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen planning discipline.
