Vrinda Global is seeking a Director of Development to lead large-scale real estate projects with a strong emphasis on master planning and urban entitlements across Riyadh, Spain, Oman and Dubai. This leadership role will oversee land sourcing, feasibility, design, construction and handover, while managing financial modeling, budgets and financing strategies.

Fluency in Spanish or English and Arabic is required, with a track record of delivering major master-planned schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead master planning and translate plans into actionable development schemes
• Navigate Spanish urban planning regulations (PGOU and regional frameworks) and secure entitlements, permits, and approvals
• Oversee the full development cycle — land sourcing, feasibility, design, construction, and handover
• Conduct financial modeling, feasibility studies, and manage budgets and financing

Requirements:

• 10+ years of real estate development experience, with proven delivery of major/master-planned projects
• Fluency in Spanish or English and Arabic
