This leadership role will oversee land sourcing, feasibility, design, construction and handover, while managing financial modeling, budgets and financing strategies.

Fluency in Spanish or English and Arabic is required, with a track record of delivering major master-planned schemes.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of real estate development experience with proven delivery of major projects.
• Fluency in Spanish or English and Arabic.

Responsabilidades

• Lead master planning and translate plans into development schemes.
• Navigate Spanish urban planning regulations and secure entitlements, permits, and approvals.
• Oversee the full development cycle — land sourcing, feasibility, design, construction, and handover.
