Job summary

Maaden seeks a Principal Specialist, BU Data Domain to own the domain data, definitions, and KPIs, ensuring trusted, accurate data for reporting and analytics. You’ll bridge business operations with enterprise data capabilities, aligning governance with enterprise standards while addressing local business needs.

You will lead data quality improvements, drive adoption of data governance practices, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve alignment on data priorities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's advantageous.
• 10+ years in a BU domain, data management, analytics, or enterprise information management.
• Experience owning domain definitions, KPI frameworks, and data quality outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own domain data ownership, definitions, and performance metrics.
• Improve data quality and consistency across processes and systems.
• Ensure data reflects operational realities and regulatory obligations.
• Enable trusted data products for analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.
• Lead governance alignment with enterprise standards and cross-domain requirements.
• Represent the BU on strategic data matters and influence stakeholders.
