Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Commercial Director - Commercial and Reporting to drive revenue growth and profitability across our landmark projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the commercial strategy, oversee forecasting and reporting, and collaborate with finance and project teams to ensure robust budgeting and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in commercial management and financial reporting in construction or development sectors.
• Proven experience in developing commercial strategies and leading financial reporting initiatives.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability for all projects.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
• Establish and maintain KPIs to monitor project and operational performance effectively.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies across all commercial activities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to enhance collaboration and support business interests.
• Lead and mentor the commercial reporting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
