Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is recruiting a Commercial Director to oversee residential developments through the entire project lifecycle. You will drive governance, procurement and contract negotiations while ensuring strong financial performance for each scheme.

You will lead the commercial team, manage relationships with contractors and vendors, and set the approach for budgets, forecasts and reporting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial management experience in residential property.
• Degree in construction management or business administration.
• Experience across project lifecycle from inception to completion.

Qiddiya Investment Company is recruiting a commercial director in Riyadh to oversee its residential developments throughout the project lifecycle. The position covers commercial governance, procurement and contract negotiations, together with the financial performance of residential projects. The director will lead the commercial team and manage relationships with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities include setting the commercial approach for residential developments and overseeing budgets, financial forecasts and reporting. The director will address commercial risks and contractual compliance, working with construction, project management and marketing colleagues. The role also requires contact with public authorities, regulators and community groups.

Coaching and professional support for members of the commercial team form part of the appointment. Applicants need at least 15 years of commercial management experience within residential property, including knowledge of projects from inception to completion. A degree in construction management, business administration or another relevant subject is required; further qualifications are preferred.

Qiddiya seeks experience in financial management and negotiating contracts, together with evidence of team leadership, work across business functions and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
