Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director of Commercial - Residential to lead the commercial strategy for residential developments. This senior role oversees governance, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize profitability and minimize risk.

You will manage procurement, contracts, and financial aspects, guiding a high-performance team through the complete project lifecycle within a dynamic entertainment, sports, and arts destination project.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a relevant field.
Minimum 15 years of commercial management experience in residential property.
Strong financial acumen and contract management expertise.
Proven leadership with cross-functional operations.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
