Qualifications

• Qualified with a professional credential (CA/CPA/CFA) with alignment to GCC region requirements.
• 8+ years in strategic or corporate finance, including leader level roles.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting/transaction advisory with a global firm in GCC or Pakistan.
• Proven track record leading IPO prep, capital markets, or equity story work.
• Experience presenting to boards and C-suite executives, advising owners/investors.

Responsibilities

• Drive IPO readiness and investor preparation across the organization.
• Refine and articulate the equity story and investment narrative for investors.
• Challenge financial performance, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure investor readiness.
• Identify key drivers of growth, margins, cash flows and valuation.
