Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CFA/CPM or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in BD, IR, investment management or financial analysis.
• At least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Experience in strategic partnerships, investment evaluation, financial reporting, stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of capital markets, financial regulations, and investor disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead business development strategies to identify growth opportunities and diversify revenue.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships, commercial alliances, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, financial analysis, and risk assessments for decisions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate partnership and investment agreements.
• Develop investor relations strategies and ensure transparent investor communication.
• Prepare investor presentations and periodic financial reports for management and Board.
• Manage investor inquiries, meetings and communications with disclosure compliance.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term investment plans aligned with objectives.
